A Japanese mustard green with a nice spicy kick. The leaves start dark green and change to purple as the plant matures. Also good as a micro green or baby leaf. A good addition to a stir fry or to crunch on raw to enjoy the natural spice! The flowers and flower stems are also edible and make a make a versatile vegetable.
