Kale Ivory Garden is a short compact kale with contrasting white and green frilly leaves that makes a strong statement on the table and in the flower garden.

This snowy white centered variety offers a contrasting complement to red and black kales and is tolerant of cool conditions.

It has a strong flavour and is reminiscent of cabbage with a robust earthy finish. Once cooked, it’s texture softens and its flavour becomes sweet and nutty.

Individual leaves can be picked and eaten as a leafy green.
