This is a great variety that is suitable for sprouting, micro greens and full size celery. Reaching height of 60 – 70cm tall plants with dark green stalks. The stems are slightly ribbed, smooth, and stringless. Celery can be used raw or cooked with the leaves being used as a flavouring in fresh or dried form.
