So, what is companion planting?

Companion planting is a gardening technique that involves planting different crops in close proximity to one another in order to improve their growth, health, and productivity. The idea behind companion planting is that certain plants have beneficial effects on others, such as providing shade, attracting pollinators, or repelling pests.

By combining compatible plants in the same growing area, gardeners can create a more sustainable and diverse ecosystem that requires fewer pesticides and fertilizers, and supports a healthy balance of beneficial insects and microorganisms.
